Each piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully inspected to meet our elevated standards of quality and exclusivity. Due to the nature of our collections and limited inventory, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

We kindly ask that you review your order in detail before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Bellaeve14@gmail.com including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and advise you of the next steps.
