Client conduct and dignity

Luxury Chateau Bella upholds a strict standard of respect and professionalism in all interactions. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or bullying directed toward the designer or team members—whether in person, online, or via social media, and regardless of the individual’s status or public profile—is strictly prohibited.

Should the designer feel threatened, unsafe, or subject to abusive behavior in any capacity, Luxury Chateau Bella reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately withdraw services, cancel ongoing work, and decline future engagements, without obligation to provide further justification.

Defamatory, abusive, or harassing content posted on social media or other public platforms concerning the designer, the brand, or its representatives may result in legal action and the termination of all professional relations
